In ref to a normal function of the ur system. is there any transformation of urine while stored in the bladder? additionally, as the bladder is not completely emptied (about 50ml remain), fresh urine will not be "leavened" with a batch of old urine?

New urine comes down from the kidneys every second and it always mix with the residual (old urine) so the longer the urine stays in the bladder the higher chance some urine components will change.
