Possibly: Blockage of bile entering the intestinal tract typically causes light or clay colored stools due to loss of bile pigment. With severe blockage the skin turns yellow and urine becomes dark or brownish.

Concerning: Bile is always concerning and can be a sign of bowel blockage.  While vomit and diarrhea can be from common infections, when bile is present it is much more concerning.  How is she today?  If no improvement you need to go to the Emergency Room right now.

Needs a doctor: you needs a medical attention between the vomiting and the diarrhea you will end up with severe dehydration you are going to need IV hydration and proper work up stay on liquid diet and  treat the symptoms eat yogurt and banana and stay hydrated

Bile reflux: Hida scan uses isotope injected intravenously  then extracted from bloodstream by liver  excreted through bile ducts, stored in gb eventually into duodeum. Duodenogastric Redux is bile going from duodenum back into stomach, sometimes causing bile gastritis. 83% high ejection fraction in some patients reported to cause symptoms releived by gb removal. Additional studies needed.

Abdominal : Abdominal pain must always be taken seriously.  If a patient has diarrhea, sometimes it can cause left-sided pain as that is where the colon is.  Other causes of left-sided abdominal pain can be diverticulitis (from little loops on the bowel that get inflammed), or pain with the pancreas, though that is usually higher up in the abdomen.  A patient should be evaluated if they have persistent abdominal pain, vomiting, or fever associated with their pain.

Possibility....: Bile should not be located in your respiratory tract so you should not be coughing up bile. Bile is green but if you are coughing up green secretions, it is usually a sign of infection from acute bronchitis, pneumonia, sinus infection with post-nasal drip, etc. See your doctor so your problem can be diagnosed and treated.

Chemical properties: Biliverdin is a green tetrapyrrolic bile pigment, and is a product of heme/redcell breadown. Biliverdin is further broken down to bilirubin for easier excretion to the outside world (also into urobilinogen in urine-as mild yellow). This compound absorbs green light, thus appears green to your eyes! (put in dard room=brown/black). I think u maybe asking why u threw up green? Consult doc. Good luck.
