The fresher the: fruit the more active the enzymes.  Enzymes make body processes work better.  If the products you mention are off the shelf than you are probably better off w/fresh fruits and vegetables.  Peace and good health.

Unproven remedy: "enzyme phytonutrient water" is being marketed as a scientific marvel that's supposedly good for everything. I would be reluctant to pay 16 dollars for a bottle of magic water without even knowing what is in it. If you are interested in "complementary medicine", you need a local practitioner who's ethical and knows what's evidence-based.

Fibromyalgia?: Without further description, it is hard to say. Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion, and your doctor will run a full battery if tests to rule out other causes.

See a dermatologist: UR Lumps R not well described. I kow nothing about UR Med HX. Could be Gout, Rheumatoid, Fat deposits, see Internist first, he may be able to make DX and treat you or triage U to the proper professional.

Lactose: Lactose is a sugar composed of two easily absorbed simple sugar molecules bound together that must be broken down by an enzyme found in our guts. That enzyme fades as some people age, and then the complex sugar becomes in essence a laxative as it passes through unabsorbed.

Sometimes we use older antidepressants like Amitriptyline (lots of side effects in elderly), epilepsy drugs like Gabapentin & pregabalin, pepper compound (capsaicin), numbing agent (lidocaine) etc.

Small hemangioma...: Little red dots you described resemble small hemangiomata or " bundle" of small capillars causing red spots as blood is visible rhrough thin cappilary wall and surface if skin. They are very commonand benighn. Just cosmetical nuisance .But if any doubt , see your doctor to take a look.
