Hair loss: The conventional medications for male pattern hair loss are rogaine (minoxidil) for men and the oral medication propecia.  Both of these medications have been shown to help with hair loss.  You can go to herbal store and try saw palmetto.  Rare side effects from saw palmetto include: heart arrhythmias, constipation, depression, headache,  erectile dysfunction, halitosis, htn, hepatitis and others.

: Olumiant (baricitinib) is a Janus Kinase inhibitor that treats severe alopecea areata. Avate cream is a steroid cream (methylprednisolone). If the cream is too thick and tugs at your hair more than you want, assk your doctor for a similar steroid medication that is available as an ointment -- this may be more effective if you have dry skin.

Don't think so: Cipla appears to be a drug company that makes antivirals, aids medications, heart medications, asthma inhalers, and some other meds. Not sure if the company makes any drugs to slow down balding. Beware of any claims by a drug company about being able to "stop balding" because such claims sometimes are false or exaggerated.
