Don't think so: Cipla appears to be a drug company that makes antivirals, aids medications, heart medications, asthma inhalers, and some other meds. Not sure if the company makes any drugs to slow down balding. Beware of any claims by a drug company about being able to "stop balding" because such claims sometimes are false or exaggerated.
