Repeat labs: The laboratory findings are slightly abnormal.  Repeat the studies one week later to see if any variation.  If persistent then your pediatrician may refer you to a blood doctor or hematologist.  The risk of bleeding after tonsillectomy is low but not zero.  It can occur right after surgery or up to 8 days later.  The repeat of testing is necessary.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Having said that, there is no cause for concern. You may take vitamin B12 and Folate to address the slightly large size of red cells. Basophil count is not of concern.    Wish you good health!

i have a lymph node that was measured at 13x13x16mm. what are the three numbers? also is this considered a round node or still oval?

: The numbers are length, width and depth of the node in millimeters. Round or oval is irrelevant to the nature of pathology.
If it is palpable, you may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Agree with PCO: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your blood count does not suggest cancer at all. If you have fever, recheck with your PCP, not diet dr.

i had very low numbers in a grade 3, stage 3 er+ breast cancer (no lymph involvement), what are the chances of metastasis elsewhere?

Not enough informati: Stage iii is divided into stage iiia, iiib and iiic. Your chance of remaining without metastatic disease for ten years varies from 90% to 40% depending on which stage you are.

What your n stage is. 

What your ki67 is.

What your her2 status is.

: The blood count you posted is used in context of other information to give you the possibilities of what may be going on. The best option you have is to wait to see the hematologist. The elevated white cells and platelet counts could be due to inflammation or infection however since there is not enough information it is not possible to tell you exactly what is going on.

what would cause a rapid onset lymph nodes swelling under the jaw and both sides of face if all labs, tests, x-ray, ct & numbers are normal? (wbc, hemoglobin, neg for pathogens, comorbidities [in this order] of colitis, gastritis and esophagitis.)

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. 
The tests may have been done too soon to be positive, despite an infection. It would be prudent to see a hematologist.

This is serious: I am going to assume this is an absolute count of 36000 and not simply 36% lymphocytes. If so, you need a referral to a hematologist now.
