Allergies: dust, spores, mo;d, mildew, animal dander, pollens, seeds, saps can all cause allergic reactiony. Clean all mildew  and mold with a dilute solution of soapy water and bleach; however if extensive, you may need a professional cleaning service. Get an allergy screen from your physician.

Anaerobes: Sinus infections can be related to anaerobic bacteria which are organisms that grow only in the absence of oxygen. Often, the purulent material from anaerobic infections is foul smelling

: You need to be retested for Covid-19. It is not uncommon to have a false negative test.  Your symptoms are quite consistent with Covid-19 infection. By my experience, if you have problem with smell and taste, Covid-19 disease is rarely severe, especially for a woman.

The patient was successfully managed with a combination of sinus lavage, oral corticosteroids, itraconazole, and allergen immunotherapy.

See doctor: Fungal ball in the sinus is not expected to cause urinary , abdominal, or urinary symptoms . If this affects your lung, then one needs to rule out the presence of fungal ball in the lung also.  With the large spleen, I suspect that you are having a systemic disease and this requires tests and examination to clarify.   By the way, the odor of urine is not usually diagnostic of anything .

This can develop into an infection, which is why you should be examined. Sometimes with allergies and fluid like this a nasal spray with a steroid in it (flonase) can help. If it does not, please see your doctor.
