See doctor: Fungal ball in the sinus is not expected to cause urinary , abdominal, or urinary symptoms . If this affects your lung, then one needs to rule out the presence of fungal ball in the lung also. With the large spleen, I suspect that you are having a systemic disease and this requires tests and examination to clarify. By the way, the odor of urine is not usually diagnostic of anything .
