i have this pain in the lower region of my stomach just above the naval. it comes and goes but recently it caused bad cramps and a wave of nausea. ?

Doctor can evaluate: Many things are in the upper or middle abdomen:  stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, kidneys, etc...  An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen, especially with symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease.

started as sharp cramp lower pelvic region into groin. intermittent cramps, last week or so sharp cramps other side lower back and flank and upper ribs. ct scan clear, im a little gasy.i have gastritis. waves of nausea on occasion. what could it be?

Pelvic cramps: Those symptoms are not characteristic of gastritis. I'm most suspicious of some type of pelvic pathology including ectopic pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease or ruptured ovarian cyst. Ultrasound may be more revealing in acute pelvic disorders. I recommend an examination by your gynecologist if pelvic or lower abdominal symptoms persist. For other persistent abdominal discomfort see your MD.

30days periods: This far too long for your menstruation. It would not surprise me if you are anemic. I would visit your GYN and see if there is something that can be done especially is has happened before.

Yes: The hormonal changes associated with ovulation can do that.

Nausea improves: Classic "morning sickness" of pregnancy improves by about 17/18 weeks into the pregnancy.  A simple OTC (over the counter) remedy like ginger products can sometimes help.  If nothing seems to helping, check with your doctor about prescribing something (Zofran, Diclegis, etc...).

why when ever i'm my body gets hot i get really bad cramps and nausea ? i wake up at night with cramps+nausea that won't go away even once i cool down

Electrolytes: Likely you get depleted of water and electrolytes when you get really hot. When you get really hot again make sure you drink plenty of water afterwards and take some electrolyte supplements.

Common problem: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
