Yes: Patients commonly describe their eyes as feeling tired for the first few weeks after cataract surgery.  This can be due to increased dryness in the postoperative period, a normal amount of postoperative inflammation, and mild external irritation from the eyedrops used after surgery.  This symptom usually improves over the weeks following surgery.

Generally not: Most cataract surgery is done without stitches in a manner that increased internal pressure in the eye, such as that caused by coughing and vomiting, will only tighten the closure.  If you have consistent vomiting, that should be checked out by your family doctor but check with the cataract surgeon first to rule out an eye cause for the vomiting such as bleeding or high pressure within the eye.

Double?: It is important to figure out what double really means.... Two of each item out of one eye? Both eyes? Blurred? Ghosting? Out of focus?  Need a good refraction, corneal topography and macular oct to confirm normal structures.  Many time surface irregularities (abmd) can be a source!

Astigmatism: Astigmatism is basically due to an irregularity in the curvature of the cornea or lens.  If the lens has been removed during cataract surgery you can still get astigmatism from the cornea.

Varies: Biological response to surgery varies but swelling of the tissue lasting more than 2-4 days after cataract surgery is unusual and requires evaluation.  If this is happening, you should contact your operating surgeon for an evaluation, especially if there is pain, bleeding or redness  or the vision is dropping.

Good result: Your vision seems quite good, especially since you also had a retinal reattachment procedure. You may have a slight refractive error that glasses can be prescribed for. I'm not aware of the status of your retina, but sometimes your vision may have some after affects from your previous retinal detachment, like an epiretinal membrane causing some distortion. I think your iol is the correct power.
