Not possible: What is happening is that our natural lens, under high power, looks like a honeycomb of tiny protuberances which serve to diffuse the light and do not reflect the light. Intraocular lens cannot be made this way, but have a very smooth surface which reflects a little of the light like a mirror - giving that glow you have noticed. This is unavoidable but does not affect the vision.
