Colors OK: Especially as this appears to be happening in both eyes , i would expect your brain to 'neuroadapt' or gradually get 'used to' the way light now enters your eye. For most patients after cataract surgery, they feel colors are generally more vivid and 'whites are whiter' . However , like getting used to a new pair of glasses these new lenses will take some adjustment over the first 6-12 months.
