Emergency room visit: This is a dangerous situation. If you are unable to get the pill and food down with water while sitting up or standing, you need this dealt with in the ER so you do not choke or aspirate (breathe in) the contents of your esophagus into your airway. The docs in the ER can clear out your esophagus, and make sure there is no physical blockage other than what you swallowed. Go ASAP.

Depends: Asia is a huge area. Singapore has incredibly clean water, laos not so much.Drink water from safer sources than the tap.Expect some GI changes when traveling as common  U.S. Bugs are what your body knows;others may cause minor(or not) problems.

Maybe.: Epsom salt baths can help lots of problems - muscle aches and pains and some wounds.  I'm assuming you're speaking of your vaginal ph balance?  If so, ingesting healthy bacterial flora such as acidophilus and bifidophilus, and active yogurt cultures would be most helpful to replenish your normal vaginal ph.  Good luck!

Not particularly: Hydrogen peroxide turns into water as oxygen/bubbles are released. Beyond the initial burning as it enters the swallow tube he may be fine. There is some risk that the swallow tube may be injured enough to scar depending on how strong the peroxide was but most home products should not. Monitor his oral intake &amp; if he develops any difficulty swallowing have him seen.

Holding any liquid down/ eating ice pops? fever ? pain? gastroenteritis? appy? injury?  if can not hold any liquid , &gt; 5 episodes, dizzy, weak go to ER  will need  IV fluids/ medicine. Dehydration can cause vomiting. Needs to drink ~3-5   oz(90-150 ml)  /hour depending on fluid loss. A teaspoon  is  5 ml.

If 11-20 kg needs 1000 ml + 50 ml for every kg &gt; 10/ day  normally.   f/u/ w/M
