Regular household detergent should be perfectly adequate for cleaning the containers and toys ( pacifiers) you are using for the baby. Rinse them well and dry with a clean dish towel. Best wishes.

If she doesn't develop symptoms in the next day, it is unlikely to cause problems. If the sink was clean, it is not likely to have been contaminated with botulism spores. Watch for signs of diarrhea and vomiting. Keep her pacifier clean and sterilize in boiling water if you have concerns.
