Possible but: It's possible but unlikely because blocked arteries are very rare in non-smoking 30 year old women (per your profile). If you were 60, i'd urge you to go right to the er but but in your case, it's more likely to be caused by something other than your heart.

Heart attack: Sudden chest pain-often described as discomfort (tightness or pressure like) in upper chest associated with radiation to jaw or arm, with  sweating/shortness of breath/lightheadedness. Any or all of these features can indicate a heart attack.  This classic presentation, however, is only described in a third of cases.  Atypical chest pain/ or  no symproms occur in 2/3 patients.

No difference: Classic symptoms again are chest pressure like an elephant sitting on chest which can radiate to jaw, teeth or left arm (usually) with cold sweats, and shortness of breath and maybe nausea, dizziness. These are the classic symptoms, no preference for sexes.

It doesn't matter: It does not matter whether the person sits up or lies down. The important thing is to call for help. Most people wait an average of three hours before calling for help which results in heart muscle damage and bad outcomes. The person should be comfortable and sitting or lying whichever feels better for the person is what they should do.

Chest : Chest pressure, shortness of breath, nausea, and sweating are the most common symptoms of a heart attack.  Some people will describe it as feeling like indigestion, or may have aching in the arms, jaw, shoulder, or upper back.

The likelihood of a heart attack increases as the number of symptoms increase, and the probability is also higher in someone over the age of forty.  These symptoms are also more worrisome in people who smoke, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease.  However, it is quite possible to have a heart attack with few or mild symptoms, and while less common, they can occur in people under the age of forty.

Unfortunately, many other conditions can produce symptoms that are similar or identical to a heart attack, including heartburn, panic attacks, collapsed lungs, and pulmonary embolism.

It may be impossible to distinguish a heart attack from other conditions without testing, even for a seasoned physician.  For this reason, you should seek care immediately if these symptoms occur.  Unexplained fainting should always be checked out promptly.  Similarly, chest discomfort or difficulty breathing that lasts more than 10-15 minutes is grounds for going to the nearest emergency room.

Already Dead: Bit of a gory question, but generally, people have a rhythm problem that causes them to fall, in which case they were legally dead before they began falling. On rare occasion, the pain causes someone to fall in which case the head trauma on impact with the ground causes bleeding.
