Not likely: Streptococcal tonsillopharyngitis typically causes throat pain, difficulty swallowing , fevers, chills, fatigue, and general  malaise. If you have trouble opening  your mouth, it could be a dental problem or an abscess around the tonsil. See your doctor or an ENT as soon as possible.

whenever i eat, i get bloated and extremely nauseous, and i can feel the bile rising in my throat and warmth in my stomach. what could be the cause?

Many, Hiatal Hernia,: esophageal stenosis or esophageal peristaltic dis-coordination issues would be high on the list given symptoms. Unlikely bile (if not green) in throat &gt; stomach fluid/acid; irritating to esophagus &amp; especially to lungs if aspirated. Motrin ↑es rates if GI mucosal ulcers, best avoid for now. Seek out ENT or GI specialist worthy of your trust for assistance &amp; remember primary physician always self.

i have what seems to be cobblestone throat. no pain, can swallow with no issue. there is a slight warmth but i've been drinking lots of warm liquids. is there a home remedy or should i seek a doctor?

Comprehensive histor: Yes, it will be a good idea to see the Doctor to check your Throat and do a Complete Physical Exam and Labs if indicated. It is not clear how long  the 'cobblestone throat' has been there. be sure to give a comprehensive History to the Doctor.

Ice or heat: If muscles/joints are swollen, we use ice to calm inflammation; gradually we switch to heat to increase circulation to areas & relieve pain. Sore throats, especially when accompanied by fever, may be treated with popcicles to numb discomfort & reduce fever.

Vague symptoms: Try simple remedies, Tylenol, gargle with salt water(don't swollow). Drink plenty of fluids-nasla and throat symptoms could be from slightly being dry. Simple heat to neck,  just a towel around neck to retain body heat that will heat it up. Give it a day or two, if no relief seek medical advice locally.

: For acute condition, cold compress is preferred because it may alleviate the swelling.
