Unlikely bile (if not green) in throat > stomach fluid/acid; irritating to esophagus & especially to lungs if aspirated. Motrin ↑es rates if GI mucosal ulcers, best avoid for now. Seek out ENT or GI specialist worthy of your trust for assistance & remember primary physician always self.
