Get it checked: The funny sensation may be due to nerve pain from a pinched nerve or it could be something more sinister. Cardiac pain usually doesn't present in this way however any pain or different sensation n your chest must be investigated thoroughly to rule out involvement of your heart. Please see your doctor for further evaluation including diagnostic tests to rule out anything worrying.

25yo. i have bulging disks in neck. week ago i got new warm sensations down back of arm, triceps area, at random. i just need to know this isn't heart related. chiro thinks it may b strained muscle..?

Arm pain: Pain or numbness going down the left arm is a classic sign of something going on with your heart. However given you age it seems unlikely that the symptoms that you are having are heart related. If you have had a history of neck injuries, it is likely that this is the cause of your symptoms. However as always when in doubt please confer with you primary care physician.

i have a hx of anxiety, but i have an unusual warm sensation around my heart.  it doesn't hurt, but is concerning. i also have hx of hot flashes?

Anxiety, Hot flashes: “unusual warm sensation around heart” is likely due to Stress causing Anxiety. 
Hot flashes can be due to changes in hormones, or body's thermostat (Hypothalamus) becoming  more sensitive to slight changes in body temperature.
Factors increasing risk of hot flashes:
•Smoking.
•Obesity.
•	Physical inactivity.
Discuss with Psychiatrist:
•Therapy for stress 
•Breathing Relaxation
•Visual Imagery

i have a warm not harmful sensation on the left side of my body , comes with tingling sensation sometimes and heart palpitations and feel so tired?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. 22yo male, 230lbs, no previous heart conditions, currently experiencing discomfort in my chest. a warm sensation in my chest and back. sharp, needle like pricks in my chest occasionally.constant pain behind and below my right shoulder right now. ?

Chest pain: You are young and even though heart issues are unlikely, you should get checked for heart disease with possibly an ECHO and stress test. If heart issues are ruled out other causes include reflux, costochondritis which is inflammation of muscle and joints, panic attacks etc. Best to consult your physician.

Doctor can evaluate: Many things in life are possible, but heart rates above the 170's usually mean something else is going on. Exercise, anxiety, or fever or minor dehydration from typical illnesses should not take an adult's heart rate up to the 200's range. Be sure the heart rate counter is working properly. One's primary care doctor can evaluate, and may refer to cardiology for testing and heart rate monitoring.
