Not clear: however if you have a heart condition at your age, it will be best for you to talk to your heart doctor about this. Can not distinguish given this information.

Musculoskeletal: If your heart checked out 6 months ago, then it's much more likely that your symptoms are musculoskeletal in nature, such as sprain/strain or possibly a pinched nerve. If symptoms are severe and/or persist, you should see an orthopedist for further evaluation. If there is any associated chest pain then you should seek urgent medical evaluation.
