Hydration: You may be dehydrated and thus develop low blood pressure on standing. An occurrence  once every 1-2 years is not a cause for concern.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Although tension headaches may be the problem, I feel that other causes have to be checked for. If they turn out to be muscle contraction tension headaches, stress management therapy should be helpful.

Who develops sleep paralysis?

how is sleep paralysis treated?

    using antidepressant medication to help regulate sleep cycles
    treating any mental health problems that may contribute to sleep paralysis
