No one can guess: Your self-knowledge might not even be sufficient to get it right so anyone else has no chance. You'd be wise to find a psychotherapist to discuss things with and together the issue might become clear. It's the best first step rather than going straight to a pill. If that's needed, they will refer you for it. Best!
