Dry skin: Vitamin e is beneficial to the skin. The best things you can do to limit the dry skin are the following:
1) take showers, not baths. Do not use really hot water and only use an oilated soap (like camay or basis) in areas that you generate odor ( under arm, groin, feet)
2) lubricate after shower and frequently
3 drink plenty of water
4) use a humidifier in room you sleep.

Vitamins-no: The most important thing you can do to maintain healthy skin is to avoid sunlight exposure i.e.,use sun screen when out in the sun,especially if you are fair skinned. If you a sensible diet,you don't need vitamins or supplements.

No it will not: Taking vit c supplement in recommended doses for adults from 250 mgm to 2000 mgm does not cause spots anywhere in the body.

: Occasional mis-shaped hairs are not necessarily abnormal. With anything approaching a normal diet, it is difficult if not impossible to be deficient in vitamin C; and if you are, it is exceedingly unlikely while taking supplements. This sort of thing needs in-person care and advice:  discuss with your GP or other primary care provider. Good luck.

Too much vitamins: Most people living in the USA and eating anything close to a regular diet do not need a multivitamin.  Many patients have headache and stomach distress with multivitamins, which is probably due to the multiple additional minerals as well as overdose of regular vitamins. Ask  your doctor to see if you have a specific deficiency to treat. Otherwise, stop using multivitamins and exercise more.

None: There aren't any that predictably slow the heart except foxglove which is the active ingredient in digitalis. Digitalis has a very narrow therapeutic window with toxicity occurring easily. Taking foxglove to slow the heart would be like talking into metal cans strung together instead of using a phone.
