Depends: Viral infections are known primarily as problems for the inner ear or the middle ear. Viruses attack the middle ear more often than the inner ear . Most viral infections of this space do not have any long term effect on  hearing. Inner ear viral infections are rare, but can occur at any age, including prenatally. These can and do result in permanent hearing loss.

i have a viral ear infection with fluid build up. i can't hear out of my right ear and it feels like it might burst! anyway to relieve this pain?

Yes: Decongestants can be helpful to dry up some of the fluid production.  Oral pain medication can be helpful to relieve the pain such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin.  Nasal sprays such as Flonase or nasocort can help with the congestion in your nose to help relieve pressure in the ear since the nasal and ear passages are all connected.

Depends on variables: At higher doses steroids can interfere with immune response.At lower doses it acts primarily as an anti-inflammatory agent.

Yes it can but depen (penicillamine): Yes it can but it depends if you are flying long distence or short distance 
you might have to take some medicine like dramamine (dimenhydrinate) etc, so you dont feel nauseous or vomiting
and you better be accompanied by someone who can help you if you still feel dizzy
but if you can avoid it till you are better.

See doctor: Phenergan (promethazine) may be helping you more for nausea rather than dizziness. Consult an ENT physician for treatment.
