Most likely : You will need to see a urologist who will determine the process of removing the scar. Sometime help from plastic surgeon is needed .

You have "irritated" the skin ,hence it is swollen,no different if you rub you eye lid excessively it puffs or swells.
Time will settle the problem.You can dip the penis in pan of warm water for couple of days...see what happens.......take care of yourself young man !!

Vulvodynia: You can try a few more things.  Vitamin a;d ointment combined with petrolatum (vaseline) could help.  You can also try Hydrocortisone over the counter in an ointment form.  Do not use the cream form as it contains alcohol. In terms of rx, your doc can give you a prescription for an estrogen topical medication which may help.

: Have you asked the operating surgeon this question?  I recommend not using Vaseline at this time and instead would recommend applying aquaphor,a moisturizing agent.

Vaseline (petroleum: Petroleum jelly is well tried protective barrier that protects skin from chemicals present in urine and stool. Also keeps skin moist. Best when used after washing diaper area with plain warm water pat it dry and apply petroleum jelly.
I don't know the contents of sudo cream therefore will not be able to comment about it's efficacy.

No: While putting vaseline on under your eyes will keep them from getting dry, it has nothing to do with wrinkles. Wearing sunglasses in the summer and using a sunscreen is the best way.
