See remark: Lay off THIS EXCESS !! You have "irritated" the skin ,hence it is swollen,no different if you rub you eye lid excessively it puffs or swells. Time will settle the problem.You can dip the penis in pan of warm water for couple of days...see what happens.......take care of yourself young man !!
