Hi. i had alarplasty last march. one side hasn't fully healed. it's been 36 days. i have been using vaseline (to prevent scarring). it has formed a little scab so i can not use scar gels yet? shall i continue using vaseline or just leave it alone?

Have you asked the operating surgeon this question? I recommend not using Vaseline at this time and instead would recommend applying aquaphor,a moisturizing agent.
