i have a malignant neoplasm with no symptoms. i have a strange itch on my back. should i be seeing a doctor and what doctor should i see?

How do you know?: How do you know that you have a malignant neoplasm? In any case, start with a primary care provider you can make an assessment and the two of you together can decide, if seeing a specialist is warranted.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.

went today got urinalysis  did a cytology on it it came back  atypical urethial cells and microscopic hematuria. should be scared? can it mean other things than cancer? no symptoms. says rbc cannot exclude low grade neoplasm. ct show anything?

Microhematuria: I assume you're seeing a urologist for evaluation and advice regarding further testing. Absence of protein in the urine rules out glomerulonephritis.  A rectal examination of the prostate &amp; an ultrasound of the kidneys&amp; urinary bladder are important  noninvasive tests for you, but a cystoscopic examination of the bladder may be performed to rule out a growth but no malignant cells seen on cytology

: You forgot to mention where is this lesion is. By description, it seems like a simple cyst and if it is in the kidney, you have nothing to worry. Simple renal cyst is quite common at your age. Take care!
