Not a heart disease.: Non-sustained RBBB is a form of intermittent electrical delay in one of the branches leading from the time-keeper of the heart to the right ventricle.  Just as a car needs perfect timing in the firing of the spark plugs to efficiently turn the crankshaft of the engine, so does the heart to pump blood.  It has many causes and if symptomatic, is usually evaluated with special testing.

is oxycodone good for treating tmj pain? got prescription wondering if it will help i'm at witt's end!

Only for pain: Oxycodone will help with the pain but will not treat the problem. Finding the cause of your pain and treating it is a better plan. Try to find a doctor that does a lot of TMJ treatment. I have had luck with muscle relaxants and physical therapy.

i have pain on the top and bottom of foot near the base of middle toes. i have severe bunion and had cortisone injection from plantar fasciitis, and heel spur, also ruptured the tendon. i'm at my witts end with not being able to walk properly for 6m?

: You have had your share of problems. Without viewing X-rays and not asking a specific question I would recommend a custom orthotic if available .  If not, purchase a semi- rigid support. That should relieve some of your complaints.

Diet and exercise: There are a great many fad diet programs out there that want to take your money.  Making a permanent lifestyle change to eat less and exercise more is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.  Please see your doctor before beginning any strenous exercise program, especially if you have cardiac problems.  Start slow and don't rush.  Over time, you will look and feel better.

U can do it!: Stay on a prudent diet, exercise 4-7 days a week, and drink plenty of water.  Get an accountablity partner to diet and exercise with and stay with it.  It will be slow but it will be positive.  Just do it.  500 calories less a day for a year will usually yield a 26 pound loss in a year.   This is reasonable and rational.
