Sounds ok: All radiology studies must be interpreted by the doctor who ordered it in order to place the findings in the proper clinical context. Most women have a small amount of free fluid pelvis below the uterus (cul de sac).  The report also states that nothing abnormal was seen in the ovaries.

: Septate/Arcuate means that your uterus is divided into several parts. Depending on the exact shape, this means that the uterus can have several main cavities connected together. There is a slighly higher rate of miscarriage depending on the shape. Homogenous echotexture means there are no masses within the wall of the uterus. A hemorrhagic cyst is a sac of fluid containing blood. Talk to your Dr.

Normal: Ovaries are often not visible during a transabdominal ultrasound.  The vaginal ultrasound will provide a better evaluation of the ovaries.

Most likely: Normal cysts form with each cycle - they are called follicular cysts. 
Somtimes cyst persist and have fluid inside the cavity. 
These are referred to as simple cysts. 
They should resolve with time.

: If ovulation occurred this menstrual cycle, and a remaining "dominant follicle" is seen on ultrasound, a prior follicle can rupture ( as it may have been the "true" dominant follicle) , releasing follicular fluid detected as "free fluid" in the lowest portion of the peritoneal cavity (i.e., cul-de-sac).

ABNORMAL PAP/CYST: You need to have the PAP SMEAR repeated and culture checked for HPV, which may increase the risk for cervical cancer. Follow up with your OB for colposcopy. Ovarian cysts are relatively common and can future spontaneously.

Accepted Answer

Normal sized: ovaries with a pending ovulatory cyst.  Timed intercourse may allow conception as you wish.
