Yes: Shedding of uterine lining is what happens with your menses and in the case of plan b, assuming it worked, that would be the result as well.  However, Plan B doesn't always work.  Consider check a pregnancy test about 2 weeks after Plan B use.

That is impossible: To say but the answer to solving it easy.  You need about 10 days of 5-10 mg of Medroxyprogesterone to organize the lining and have an orderly withdrawel bleed.  You may not ovulate regularly and not produce much of your own progesterone, responsible for orderly withdrawel bleeding.  Look up pcos, it may fit u; if so metformin may be a good drug.  Good luck.

Vaginal bleed: Studies show that when bleeding occurs around the time of implantation, which in your case happened at about day 14, it may be related to pregnancy. A full history and exam are indicated. Please call your OB/GYN right away and if you have any abdominal pain, discomfort, breast tenderness associated go to the ER. Good luck.

Sometimes one does: see more decidual (lining) tissue than blood in a menstrual period...rarely the whole uterine lining will be passed in one piece...a decidual cast. This will usually be an isolated event, and the next period will have the usual lining mixed with blood.  The Skyla IUD is associated with lighter periods as well. ive taken tranexamic acid for 6 months now. its worked well and im currently on my 2nd day of my sept. cycle and its not working the way it did! uterine cramping is awful and im shedding lining/clots. what should i do?

Vaginal bleeding ?'s: Bleeding heavy enough to require "transexamic acid" may require surgery.  Consult your gyn physician for an exam and evaluation as soon as possible.

If I understand: If i understand what you are saying, you're asking how to make a period lighter by having less uterine lining to shed?  If that's your question, the answer is, you should consider oral contraceptives or birth control pill.  The pill tends to make women's periods lighter and shorter.

Hormones: At 41, your hormones change and you are not sending the same signals as when you were younger,  make sure that the lining is not building up and getting thick.  Your gyn can evaluate this with an ultrasound.

Yes: Assuming you mean you missed your period, did you have unprotected sex? Do you use birth control? Answer is you could be.
