Ive taken tranexamic acid for 6 months now. its worked well and im currently on my 2nd day of my sept. cycle and its not working the way it did! uterine cramping is awful and im shedding lining/clots. what should i do?

Vaginal bleeding ?'s: Bleeding heavy enough to require "transexamic acid" may require surgery. Consult your gyn physician for an exam and evaluation as soon as possible.
