1/2 cup bleach: Consider bleach baths – ½ cup bleach to full bathtub – bathe for 5-10 minutes two times a week.  The doctor may instruct you to use a special nasal ointment as well.

?? bleach baths: I have no idea what a bleach bath consists of but certinly do not put him in a bath with bleach. More emollients, less wheat, and careful what you place on his skin !

hi i have what looks like eczema or like a ringworm in the corner of my right eye its spreading underneath as well. what is it and is it treatable?

Get evaluated: Neither eczema or ringworm will affect the eyeball itself. The skin of the lids may have such a process &amp; treatment would be similar to those of the rest of the body. It would be prudent to have this looked at, so close to the eye so treatment can be specific &amp; quickly reduce risk of scarring.

i have pmle which caused the eczema with the infection on my face turn in to a 2 burn mark, soon turned into uneven skin tone in which i used bleaching cream to fix but now it has turn red.what can i do to fix my skin tone and remove the redness??

You need dermatologi: With scarring of the skin and redness again , before the skin is damaged too much you need to ee a dermatologist. Don't use any bleaching creams anymore as your skin right now is sensitive and probably inflamed.

Keep it dry: Look for strategies to keep it dry-- wear gloves or a waterproof dressing. Minimize time in water. Dry after exposure thoroughly, etc. If needed, consider a change of work assignment.

Bleaching cream : Most bleaching creams contain hydroquinone. This medication shuts down the melanocytes, the cells that make pigment. This product can be irritating, especially in those with sensitive skin. When irritation occurs, darkening can occur, but more typically redness and scaling occurs. 
Some patients get a parodoxical reaction in which the skin gets darker and not lighter, but this is uncommon.

Tinea Pedis: Eczematoid lesions in your feet are called tinea pedis cause by fungus infection.They grow in  dark sweaty feet so you need air or wear sandals ocasionally.They respond to antifungal cream like lotrisone, Nystatin or lamisil (terbinafine).
