A clean catch is  a urine specimen obtained in the mid stream of urination, not at the beginning or end and also done after the privates are cleaned in advance. If still bacteria, need doc check.

: Any Blood in the urine must be fully investigated..Some people may have microscopic henaturia(blood  seen under a microscope ) and could be nothing serious…However, you should see a Urologist, but before that get a urine culture ,urine cytology. Checking fir cancer…Hopefully, a rectal exam was done as well, checking your Prostate…A Urologist may probably want a X-ray  and do cystoscopy of bladder.

: 0-2 RBCs /hpf with microscopic exam is within normal limit and positive by dipstick test for small occult blood is commonly observed due to chemical reaction rather than due to true hematuria. I would not have it repeated unless this person has some urinary symptoms. Definitely, there is no need for a urology consultation but if you are too concerned, a repeat urinalysis can be done in 2 weeks.

No problem: A positive result means simply a color change due to oxidation of a test-strip reagent and it does not confirm that blood cells are present. Ther are many Factors that can cause a false-positive result on a dipstick test including hemoglobinuria, myoglobinuria, concentrated urine, menstrual blood in the urine sample, and rigorous exercise.
