ive been on meds about 4 days 6 doses of augmentin after culture seeing bactrim 6 days doesnt work on my uti im starting to have urgency to pee a lot again . does this mean the one thats suppose to work isnt ? should i go to hospital for test ?

: You need to touch base with the doctor that last treated you as soon as possible. The resurgence of symptoms indicates antibiotic resistance. The doctor should select a different antibiotic for you based on the culture results. If symptoms worsen rapidly or are associated with fever, nausea, back pain, then get seen in the hospital.

Sediment: Could be white blood cells or debris / crystals or just really concentrated urine.  Should have someone tai a look at this.

Many things: There are many reasons for urgency symptoms. Sometimes an infection is present with no bacteria seen because a different agent is responsible for the infection. However, other processes that can cause urgency are a small bladder, external pressure on the bladder (ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids), anxiety, certain medications or an intrinsic abnormality in the bladder called "overactive bladder.".

This sounds like : Urinary tract infection. If you have never had one i would recommend calling your doctor tomorrow am if the symtpoms persist. Also would be worth following up for a exam/visit by your obgyn.

Test accuracy: Modern urine pregnancy tests sold in drugstores are very accurate when used properly.  Most report accuracy as early as the first day after a missed period.  Urinary tract infections are easily diagnosed by your healthcare provider with a urine sample and a dipstick.

: You probably have more than one medical problem; limb pain isn't likely related to vaginal or urinary symptoms. Discharge and infection suggest vaginal infection, but frequent urination suggests others. It's also important whether you have to urinate with small amounts of urine (infection?) or large amounts (diabetes?). Monostat won't help most of these symptoms. You need medical care in person.

Bladder symptoms: Urinary urgency in a young male could be related to an infection. Sexually transmitted infections and bladder infections are the most common. It can also be related to fluid intake, caffeine intake and other dietary changes. Have your doctor test your urine.

Many reasons: Might just be normal for you.  Diabetes, urinary tract infection or bladder infection also on the list.  Other metabolic disturbances or problems also on the list.  Best to see your doctor for evaluation and some basic testing which could help determine if this is something to be concerned about or not.

Constipation: It could be due to constipation, a full large intestine or it could be due to pressure from the prostate.
Either way, I would actually get this examined by a doctor in person. A prostate exam would be helpful.
It could be because your bladder isn't emptying all the way but in rare circumstances it could be that stool from the intestines or something on the large intestines is creating pressure.
