i am having severe sciatica pain & also in the groin area making it is difficult to walk & sometimes my leg buckles?

Sounds sciatic : It sounds like you have been having pain due to a disc problem that has likely herniated causing  pain more localized to the side it herniated pinching a nerve creating pain down the leg. 90% get better non operatively. Medication, physical therapy & epidural injections may help with only 10% needing surgery.  Other possibilities include a hip joint problem, pyriformis syndrome & si joint issue.

Fibromyalgia: 35 yo female with "diabetes insipidus", chronic widespread pain, heart murmur, generalized weakness, &amp; neck, back &amp; "hip" pain might have fibromyalgia (FM); highly associated with Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, which is associated with mitral valve prolapse, pelvic pain, low back pain &amp; interstitial cystitis. FM includes chronic spasm/weakness of major muscles that maintain upright posture.

my hip is very tense?

Your joint: pains could be a sign of  inflammatory joint disease.

Varies : The two most common causes would be a problem in the hip verses a pinched nerve in the back.  The MRI arthrigram should go a long way in determining if it is from the hip or not.

Groin/Thigh Pain: The combo of groin pain and numbness could mean that the femoral nerve is being irritated. The question is where is it getting irritated. Typically you need to look at the area involved and above the area, so evaluation of the thigh, groin, back and abdomin is necessary. Since there is pain and numbness you could start with a neurologist or physiatrist or orthopod. Dr Rich Blake

Yes of course : Falling down will only hurt you worse so avoid it 
and go get it looked at promptly.

i have pain in my pelvic bones and the muscles in my legs are sore making ithard to walk i have taken advil and tylenol (acetaminophen) that helps a little

This : This question is posted under the OB section; if you are pregnant with those symptoms then you need to call your doctor and be seen immediately.  If you are not pregnant, then tylenol (acetaminophen) and advil are fine to try.  Try to think back if there is any reason you could be sore such as heavy lifting.    If you developed worse pain, spinal pain, any numbness or weakness,  changes in bowel or bladder control, or any abdominal pain then please be seen immediately.

have scoliosis my pelvis is uneven so one leg is shorter than the other and i'm usually in pain when i walk more than 20 mins. any suggestions?

Shoe lift: Using a shoe lift to fill the space on the shorter side is helpful.  A physiatrist or a good orthotist can help you figure out what is the right thickness for the shoe lift.   Trying several thicknesses is important, sometimes completely filling the space to the floor is too much.  There will be some trial and error.

32nd wk preg, carrying low, the area where my right leg joins my pelvis pains wen i walk, stand for quite a long time, the pain sometimes don't go away?

Fetal compression: The baby is leaning or pressing on the nerves to your right leg that run through your pelvis. Try lying down on your left side for a few minutes with a pillow under the abdomen to see if it goes away. If not, tell your OB md about your symptoms.

is it normal to have an extreme pain when you turn in bed or get up and walk in the third trimester? my left leg only, by my pelvis.

Yes: This is common with impingement of the femoral nerve;  it is easy to confirm with a femoral nerve block.
