This : This question is posted under the OB section; if you are pregnant with those symptoms then you need to call your doctor and be seen immediately. If you are not pregnant, then tylenol (acetaminophen) and advil are fine to try. Try to think back if there is any reason you could be sore such as heavy lifting. If you developed worse pain, spinal pain, any numbness or weakness, changes in bowel or bladder control, or any abdominal pain then please be seen immediately.
