Proteinuria: My interpretation of that result would to consider that amount of proteinuria as very mild and doesn't suggest significant kidney damage. However we don't see the breakdown of the types of protein(qualitative) in your report. Your ordering physician,who knows all your findings, is best qualified to answer your question.

Bence-Jones Protien: Detection of Bence Jones protein may be suggestive of multiple myeloma or Waldenström's macroglobulinemia.
The proteins are immunoglobulin light chains (paraproteins) and are produced by neoplastic plasma cells.

apart from myeloma, can mgus be found in urine only (upep) with a normal spep? or does it always show in blood?

No to 1, yes to 2: It always will be present in serum if it is truly present.

FLC not useful: FLC and kappa/lambda ratio are not useful tests. A normal K/L ratio does not exclude monoclonal gammopathy and an abnormal one is not diagnostic of one. From what you described you do not have monoclonal gammopathy and certainly have no multiple myeloma.

See below: It seems your providers tried to rule in/out celiac disease.  Individuals with thyroiditis, type I diabetes ( history of DM in first degree relative), Down syndrome, William syndrome, Turner syndrome , or IG A deficiency are at higher risk to develop celiac disease.  Screening Test of choice will be TTG (anti-tissue Transglutaminase) IG A antibody.  If positive, intestinal biopsy will be the next.

An electromyogram and MRI may help in the evaluation.
