Shoulder pain: Shoulder pain can be caused by a spinal nerve entrapment or irritation at the level of exit through the neural foramen in spinal column. The pain nay be referred or radiate into the shoulder with c 4-5 spinal nerves injury. It is usually associated with neck pain and muscle spasms with limitation in the range of movement of the neck. An electromyogram and MRI may help in the evaluation.
