?: You could have a contusion to the ulnar styloid, a bruise to the soft tissues,tendon inflammation or nerve contusion. Try immobilization and an anti inflammatory. If that doesn't help se your doctor and get a definitive diagnosis. Good Luck

Carpal : Carpal tunnel is only one of many wrist maladies my patients come to talk to me about when their hands hurt.  Classically, however, carpal tunnel doesn't exactly present the way you've described.  If you wanted to try a wrist brace at night to see if it improves, it wouldn't hurt you, nor put you at greater risk for delaying a proper diagnosis.

It sounds more like you have a chronic tendinitis, or possibly arthritis.  A doctor can order the right kind of imaging to figure that out, and this is the kind of thing that improves a great deal in physical therapy.

Sometimes i recommend anti-inflammatory meds if there are no contraindications in your case to use them.  There is also now an anti-inflammatory gel that is helpful, although it's expensive if your insurance doesn't cover it (diclofenac gel).

See  hand specialist: There are many reasons for this.  You need to see and orthopaedic surgeon.  Early on this can be due to just pain and swelling.  It can be from nerve injury from the time of the accident. It can be from excessive swelling if it is new and needs to be evaluated. There should without more history however, the best answer is to see the orthopaedic surgeon for an exam and recommendations.

Back stuck slip: The issue is a bit  incomprehensible? Did you fall on the floor or back into the toilet?. Now you are unable to bend forward, yes? such as sitting on a chair ? correct. Can you walk without pain, can you turn/rotate the body side to side without moving the feet? Do you have pain radiating to the pelvis or the lower extremities?You probably injured your spine,  you need an orthopedic surgeon/ MRI

Posible tendinitis..: Sometimes when we use hands too much or suffer injuries the tendons can be inflamed and be painful. Antiinflammatory medication and rest can help. Besides this there are other possible problems, like nerve irritation, if you suffered injury recently fracture, to mention a few. If the pain  is very severe get seen by your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.
