Back stuck slip: The issue is a bit incomprehensible? Did you fall on the floor or back into the toilet?. Now you are unable to bend forward, yes? such as sitting on a chair ? correct. Can you walk without pain, can you turn/rotate the body side to side without moving the feet? Do you have pain radiating to the pelvis or the lower extremities?You probably injured your spine, you need an orthopedic surgeon/ MRI

I have been having on and off wrist and hand pain for a few months on the left side of my left hand. I try to rest it as much as possible but it keeps coming back, albeit mildly. It might be caused by the keyboard. I fear it is becoming chronic!
