Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person. He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Many reasons: Loss of motion in the wrist is most commonly caused by arthritis. Other reasons include, ligament tears, keinboch's disease (loss of blood supply to one of the bones), old trauma. Your doctor after examining you will get an x-ray that should help with the diagnosis.
