Breasts sensitive: Remember than in approximately 1/400 cases, tubal ligation fails. It is still possible to get pregnant, but this is rare. That is probably the most common cause of breast sensitivity. Other causes includes chaffing due to clothing, excessive rubbing, licking, etc, during sex; excessive dryness of skin. Cramping on the left side of the abdomen is most commonly due to constipation.

my gf had been diagnosed with a severe uti and bladder infection. she has lower back pain and tender breast, are these from the uti or is she pregnant?

Bladder infection: May cause lower back pain but not tender breasts. The best plan is to obtain a pregnancy test, which already may have been done. Antibiotic choice will be made on the basis of her pregnancy status. All the best.

: Neither ulcerative colitis nor urinary infection is normal. Your medication may be making you more susceptible to infection. It would be prudent to see your doctor for urine culture and appropriate antibiotic.

No: Stomach ulcers can be very serous and require md evaluation and treatment stomach ulcers can cause life threatening bleeding or rarely be  due to cancer. Thrush and bladder symptoms are not usually related to stomach ulcers.Only md exam  can help explain several possibly unrelated issues.

Not long: if the infection had ascended to your kidneys, it might take a little longer to resolve.  If not beter in a couple more days, go back and be re-assessed.  Be well.

Difficult: I assume you mean your partner has HIV. It is very unlikely. Physical contact alone will not transmit it. Usually blood contact is required. So if your partner had open sores in the area you missed you could theoretically get sick but that is very very unlikely

No: If you have a bladder infection you need to have it evaluated symptom control for immediate need is not helpful and may cuase difficulty with immediate urine evaluation. Infections kleft untreated can lead to serious complications . If you get frequebnt infections the onle way anyone can help you is to have the urine cultured  if yo have symptoms and urine culture is negative call your physicain.

Depends.: Answers are different depending on gender and age. It is very common in women, due to their short urethra.  Any trauma. including irritation, to the orifice of the urethra (even if microscopic scratch) can serve as an entry way for germs to travel up the urinary tract symptoms. No bubble baths, fragrances in detergents or soaps, over-scrubbing, etc. can do it.
