ASAP: sounds like olecranon bursitis: an inflammation of the covering of the elbow joint. You will need an x-ray and possible steroid tablets to reduce the inflammation and you must be examined to rule out an infected joint space.

my 14 year old son had his tonsils and adenoids removed 2 days ago. he keeps waking up choking and gasping for air absolutely terrified (4 times) is this normal ? hes taking tylenol for pain. his tonsils were cartorized due to exessive bleeding?

: Possible pulmonary hypertension.  If he has had chronic upper airway obstruction manifested by sleep apnea, he could have developed pulmonary hypertension.  I would recommend to have him evaluated by a pediatric cardiologist.

can i take alleve as anti-inflammatory for my foot ligament strain plus tylenol for pain at same time? i also have diclophenac script i have on hand in case of back pain 75mg and could take that if you think that is better. can i still take tylenol?

Meds: yes you can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) along with a anti-inflammatory such as diclofenac or Aleve. Just know that the Aleve or diclofenac can cause gastrointestinal upset.

: As long as you intake in a day does not exceed 4 gm and you do not take any alcohol, taking acetaminophen for 10 days will not do harm.

: Commonly cited risk at 4,000 mg daily maximum to prevent liver toxicity.  However, chronic Tylenol may cause gastrointestinal side effects, and nausea appears to be your response.  Definitely discuss with your doctor.  Other pain management techniques can be considered.  Questions regarding liver function can be addressed with a standard blood test profile.

Fever: when a person has fever, as the fever comes down the body gets rid of heat in the form of sweating. It is possible that you either have low grade fever or your temperature is normally slightly higher than the average person and as the Tylenol (acetaminophen) brings the temperature lower you sweat and that you are observing when you take Tylenol (acetaminophen)
