I have been taking 1000mg tylenol daily for pain for 2 months. i'm feeling nausea from it. is that bad? i have 2 weeks to go for my surgery but having a hard time waiting. should i be worried about my liver?

Commonly cited risk at 4,000 mg daily maximum to prevent liver toxicity. However, chronic Tylenol may cause gastrointestinal side effects, and nausea appears to be your response. Definitely discuss with your doctor. Other pain management techniques can be considered. Questions regarding liver function can be addressed with a standard blood test profile.
