Having : Having breast itching and pain can occur from hormonal changes, or from completely separate issues such as a skin condition.  First of all be sure that your bra material isn't aggravating your condition, and be sure your laundry soap isn't irritating.  If your skin has any changes such as a rash,  then you may need to see a dermatologist.  Be sure your mammograms are up to date if you are of the age that you need them.  You may need to contact your gynecologist to consider medication treatment for your chronic breast itching and pain.

Not lining: Endometrium is very very rarely a cause of infertility or miscarriage in natural cycles. Tubal problems are #2 in frequency but you need to have tubes tested to tell.

Uterine Lining: thickness changes throughout your menstrual cycle.  Unfortunately, this does not directly correlate to someone's ability to conceive.

Usually: The endometrial thickness is considered normal when up to 8 or 10 mm thick.  1.2 cm would be 12mm and would represent some degree of endometrial hyperplasia.

Thin lining: At certain times of your cycle the lining is thin - immediately after your period. Estrogen thickens/ grows the uterine lining. A low amount of estrogen production will result in a thin lining. The most common thing that causes a thin lining in young women is hormonal contraceptives (pills, depo, mirena, (levonorgestrel) NuvaRing ). Here, it is normal and not an indication of any problem.

Esophageal burn: Depends on the cause of the burn.  Acid from reflux usually heals with medication but sometimes the cells change from chronic damage to form barrett's esophagus.  Thermal burns usually heal well.  Caustic burns such as in lye ingestion can cause scarring and stricture and in some cases lead to esophageal cancer years later.
