Uterine Lining: thickness changes throughout your menstrual cycle. Unfortunately, this does not directly correlate to someone's ability to conceive.

Depends: If the lining of your uterus never progresses beyond 3,4mm the the likelihood of conceiving is probably very low as that thickness would suggest that you are not producing estrogen. It would be helpful to know when, in your cycle, that the measurement was taken because at some point in the cycle that thickness would still be normal even for a woman with no fertility issues.
