Get a second opinion: You should get a second opinion from an orthopedic surgeon.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

a part of my hand somewhere in pisiform aches whenever i used my hand for writing. also when i am pressing that part i feel pain. what could this be?

Many reasons: wrist pain could come from a variety of reason.
could be inflammation in one of the carpal bones like the navicular or the lunate are famous for that
.could be avascular necrosis to the carpal bone from an old trauma.
could be the tendons from over use causing tendinitis..
could be the median nerve in the wrist that could lead to a carpel tunnel syndrome.

i was told i have tendonitis of my pisiform. but i have so much pain on the user side of my wrist, aching and burning. is this caused by thtendinitis?

i had surgery on my wrist for kienbocks disease in oct. and recently either the (triquertrum or pisiform) bone and been hurting bad should i worry?

Be seen by MD: You should return to your surgeon and have the site evaluated, perhaps MRI or ultrasound study to see if there are issues at the site. May be inflammatory, arthritic type changes or incomplete healing. Either way you should return for proper exam and care.

Pain: the bone can be injured, or  intercarpal ligaments You will probably need a CT scsan to determine if a fracture, or dislocation may have occurred.

preparing for pisiform wrist surgery, what is best/longest lasting nerve block? is brachial axillary longer/wider cover than wrist block?  any others?

Ancillary block: An axillary block would be my choice - these blocks are done under ultrasound guidance safely by trained anesthesiologists   the wrist block can work but would not give relief from pain associated with a tourniquet if used by the surgeon. Axillary blocks may last up to 24 hours with the longer acting anesthetics and the addition of steroid.

what i think is my pisiform bone has moved to the centre of the back of my left hand and is sticking up :( any idea what this is and what should i do?

Bony lumps: If you are seeing a bony lump in the back of your hand, you may want to have it looked at by an orthopedic surgeon or a hand surgeon. If there is no pain and it is not bothering you, then it may not require any treatment. An Xray of your wrist and hand would likely show the cause of the lump.

i fall on my hand i went to doctor and told me will take 6 months least i injured in the pisiform  and itis so big but when the 6month pass still pain?
