Depends: It depends on your current risk factors: smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, past heart attacks, peripheral arterial disease, family history of premature coronary artery disease, age, HDL level...See your doctor who knows your history to figure out your goal.

It would: Depend on other risk factors.  If you had diabetes, say, you would want the LDL under a 100.  Smokers, htn, family hx the LDL under 100 is the goal.  Otherwise you want the LDL under 130. You may achieve this by diet and excercise but a low dose statin may help.  You may get better advise, though.  I am ob/gyn and have to look it up when i prescribe.  Good luck.

Types of lipids: A triglyceride is a molecular frame that has three fatty acids attached. This allows the fatty acids to be transported through the body. Types of these include "saturated" and "unsaturated" fats.
Ldl is low density lipoprotein. Lipoprotein is a complicated structure of lipids (fat) and proteins. 
Ldl is important, but in elevated or in a pathologic form is the basis for atherosclerosis.

Diet and genetics: Triglycerides are driven mostly by high intake of carbohydrates and lipids. Ldl levels are determined mostly by genetics. Treatment for elevated LDL and or triglycerides is not an appropriate item for this forum, please consult your doctor for determining your lipid profile and treatment which may include, diet, exercise and medications.

High: especially at your age. Triglycerides should be below 150 and LDL should be below 130 ideally a100. A low fat low cholesterol diet balanced diet,  avoid fast food and junk food, and regular exercise.

Not too bad.: Your risk of heart disease is increased a little over the average, but your 10 year risk of heart disease is actually fairly low. I guess 2%.  Don't know your precise number because I do not know your blood pressure...Look at the Framingham Risk Score on line. Should put your mind at ease.  Check your numbers with your doc so they can look at the bigger picture - Family history, other risks, etc.

Yes: Hi. If that fasting glucose is reproducible, you have impaired fasting glucose, and are at higher risk of becoming diabetic. Your BMI is right at the transition from normal to overweight. Asians have type 2 diabetes risk at a lower BMI than blacks, Hispanics, and whites. Do you have a family history of type 2 diabetes? It could also be type 1, which develops more gradually at your age than in kids
