CIN2: If it is just slight blood spot it is okay, do not worry too much. Follow up regularly with your doctor for CIN2 condition.

Biopsy: It sounds like ASCUS(atypical cells) with high risk hpv.  You do not need to have your cervix cut.  Just need to have it looked at with a microscope device called a colposcope.  Depending on how things look you may need a small biopsy to see if you need treatment or just a repeat pap.  Probably nothing bad but definitely get it checked out.

Conization: As it sounds, is a three dimensional cone of surgically removed tissue, shaving away the abnormal cells on cervix surface and up the endocervial canal.

Would need to see: Everything and know what your fertility desires are, u should see a gyn cancer surgeon to for an evaluation as that doc does cancer , pre cancer and benign evaluations and u have already had 1 leep, if it is just low grade it can be followed but need to make sure no high grade was missed since u had high grade in teh past, if u were my pt would refer u to gyn ca dic for a meticulous colposcopy.

syphilis treatment done before 5month.also i feel lymph nodes in lift testicle. is it varicocele?

Semen analysis.: Some of the parameters in this semen analysis are abnormal, and certainly a varicocoele could be causative.  A testicular ultrasound would be a good idea in that regard.

Possibly: There's an unofficial rule some of us follow: if you had it once, you are at increased risk for having it again. Doesn't mean you will, but that you can. Some things that need to be considered. For instance if you were diagnosed with high risk hpv which greatly increases your risk for cervical cancer. This is why we emphasize that boys and girls up until the age of 26 be vaccinated against hpv.

i'm scheduled for laser hair removal i'm the bikini area. i was recently told i have abnormal cervix cells (lsil). is laser treatment bad for this?

Laser hair removal: The cervix sits at the top of the vagina and laser her removal in the bikini is outside the vagina in the groin and labia region. A laser hair treatment should have no impact on anything within the vagina or near the cervix.

Can be : surgically removed, particularly if infected.  New  cysts can arise at any time.

No: People can have diseases including cancers and even "blood" cancers with normal complete blood count (CBC) and peripheral blood smear (pbs). You should ask the md that ordered your test about details.
