Would need to see: Everything and know what your fertility desires are, u should see a gyn cancer surgeon to for an evaluation as that doc does cancer , pre cancer and benign evaluations and u have already had 1 leep, if it is just low grade it can be followed but need to make sure no high grade was missed since u had high grade in teh past, if u were my pt would refer u to gyn ca dic for a meticulous colposcopy.
